Pragya Singh Thakur Vs Kanhaiya Kumar - Who is better?

Pragya Singh Thakur was fielded against Digvijaya Singh. Both are against each other in Bophal, Madhya Pradesh.

Pragya Singh is accused in Malegaon Bomb blast in 2008. I do not know if she was involved in that blast or not. I cannot say anything as after Congress, BJP came to power in 2014 and from there things took U-turn. It is only investigative agency who can comment on her.

Kanhaiya Kumar was a JNU student leader and is fighting from Begusarai, Bihar. He was accused in the involvement of Anti-India sloganeering in JNU. Again, if he shouted or not with them, I cannot say for sure.

In both of the above cases, you as citizens of India or resident of social media must have formed some kind of opinion. You may not like to share openly on this controversial topic but Twitter Poll is anonymous. No one, including me, can know who voted what AND who participated in the Poll. So, vote your voice on Twitter. Let other know who is better.

This question arise and became more important as both were cases of Nationalism. BJP and whole brigade use Kanhaiya Kumar as Anti-National but Pragya Thakur as Nationalist. Now, this nationalist theory can be different in everyone's mind!

A burning Question - Who is more nationalist than other? Who is better for India?

Think as if You were given a situation where Sadhvi Pragya Singh and Kanhaiya Kumar both are fighting election and you have no choice but to vote of one. Whom will you vote for?

Kanhaiya Kumar

Pragya Singh

BJP is the most organised abusive party in the world

BJP goons are telling that BJP is the only party who is for upper caste as I am opposing fully to BJP online.
Don't BJP has other caste in the party?
Don't they have Yadav (Nand Kishore Yadav) and koiri kurmi etc?
Whatever the need they can go and hain but for others they use whatever is beneficial.
Those who do love marriage then they are modern if suited to them or else Dogla.
BJP is the most abusive party in the whole world.

Here is How Twitter Trends should work

Is it that Twitter started giving trends for you based on tweets you post? It is a good feature. Twitter needs to improve it. It should change in every 15-20 days too. For example, Currently politics is a hot topic due to #LokSabhaElection2019.

So, even stock market investors are tweeting a lot about politics. Twitter should show trends about politics but also show about finance and stock market. I mostly see trends based on overall news at particular location.

That is why, I get political trends and current event in India. #IPL2019 is going on so Twitter shows me IPL matches trends. Show us more on Stock market trends/news/hot topics.

If Twitter only show trends based on location then political topics and celebrity news will continue flashing everyday. It won't help people in everyday life.

Suppose a doctor is following few doctors and also following medical related news. In general, if Twitter take popularity wise based on location then this doctors topic rarely find any trending topics on mass level. He will only see Indian political news, movie stars news, and sudden event based news like climate disasters or any accident people are discussing. What should #Twitter do here?

Based on above use case scenario, Twitter should create trend based on what doctors are discussing most these days in particular location. This cannot be very narrow location wise but broadly. Like creating this trends based on Patna, Bihar is not easy but can be done this based on India. Also, create for world level news trends for doctors and show few to this Patna doctor.

Why to deport Rohingya Muslims?

Rohingya's are threat to the country - govt version and experts.
Govt and expert believe Rohingya's are connected to pakistani terrorist organisations.

Hafiz Saeed, Chief of Lashkar-e-Taiba is also very supportive of Rohingya.

Bangladesh is also concerned about the security of their country.

Few muslims politicians in India who are in support of Rohingya do not see them as a threat.

Rohingya's are threat to demographical balance in India - many experts.

Muslims in majority creates lots of trouble. Simply they demands Shariya law. They deny any country law exists and declare modern justice laws as meaningful. They simply ask for Sharia law.

My version is that Rohingyas are also deep rooted culturally backwards class. They do not have education. They are culturally backward which can result in many centuries of baggage to our country which already have so many ethnic communities. To educate them and to assimilate them in Indian culture, it will take huge resources. We are not resource rich country.
Police is as good as shit. It is my personal experience. In all these cases, safer the better. We can not handle internal threat like many developed country can handle. So it is in our best interest
to not allow such deeply backward immigrants.

But looking from close distance, most of us feel the pity conditions of Rohingya. At humanitarian level, everyone want Rohingyas' to settle peacefully. They must also have shelter, food and basic facilities to live life peacefully.
Solution to increasing immigrant population lies in combined efforts of international community. Easiest would be to help settle the people at their own place. Like Rohingya should be placed properly in Myanmar. International community should provide facilities and services with some money so that they can progress. Progressing would be easier at native place than at other unknown place.

Myanmar’s Rohingya Could Be The World’s Next Major Refugee Crisis

Most of the Rohingya, who number around 1 million in Myanmar, were barred from voting in the election. They are the largest group of stateless people in the world, having been denied citizenship in Myanmar under a 1982 law, and are subject to numerous legal restrictions, including requiring permission to travel, marry or have more than two children in some areas.

Buddhist nationalists in Myanmar argue that the group are illegal immigrants from Bangladesh, while the Rohingya say they have long lived in the country. Nationalists upped anti-Muslim and anti-Rohingya rhetoric in the runup the election, and even Suu Kyi told foreign reporters to “not exaggerate the problems.”
Myanmar has a population of 54 million (2009 est.), of which 90% profess Theravada Buddhism (roughly 48 million), 4% Christianity (1.65 million Baptists and 550,000 Roman Catholics), 4% Islam (2.2 million), 1% Hinduism (550,000), and the remaining 1% consists of Mahayana Buddhism, Vajrayana Buddhism and Animism.
So, Myanmar is mostly Buddhist country. 91% of them are Buddhist. They are not accepting extremely poor and backward Muslims. Support from terrorist organisation has made the situation worse.

My Views on Triple Talaq issue after Supreme Court Verdict

Triple Talaq is about separation from marriage under Islam. Under this law, women once said, Talaq three times over phone or whatever way are divorced. Women has no voice on it. Muslim men take every right here. She has not provided any support. She and her children are at the mercy of God.
If men want to marry women again after divorce then she need to marry any other men and then after that she can re-marry the first man. This is called Halala. Generally Maulvi etc used to marry such women and had sex with them and the divorce her to remarry with first man. That could be the reason why mulla and maulvi was supporting the current Triple Talaq system!

Triple Talaq case is a very old practice in India. The case was hanging from 2015 since Shayara Bano filed case in Supreme Court. Today verdict came after so many turns. Supreme Court even asked govt's opinion on this.

In my view, The Supreme Court Verdict is not fully justified. It is 50-50 kind of verdict.

I am not an expert in Triple Talaq system. I am not any expert in justice system. But Triple Talaq is a social issue of India and every citizens forms some kind of opinion about social issue especially if the issue is so big.

Maintenance law issue after divorce started in 1985. Then "Secular" Congress overturned rule under pressure from few Muslims. Supreme Court has arranged for maintenance to Muslim women by men in a case.

Triple Talaq issue became hot when seperation was conveyd to Muslim Women over Whatsapp, Skype, etc or sometimes using letter.

Hope this will make Love Jihad difficult. As throwing out women after marriage will be difficult now from life.

This is how I reacted to Triple Talaq on Facebook after verdict:

1) Before Supreme Court verdict on Triple Talaq while waiting for the verdict:

#TripleTalaq is a flaring issue in India now. Very much tilted towards Muslim men gives very lower status to Muslim women or women who marry to Muslim men. Can today's verdict by SC stop this injustice to women? Can today's verdict help society towards equality? Salute to Shayara Bano who could fight to this strong societal issue.

Today's coming verdict on #TripleTalaq should help non-Muslim women too! Women who marry to Muslim women are at mercy of "Islamic" TripleTalaq. Before marriage they don't think about it.
2)

When Chief Justice has said then Triple Talaq is valid for now and Govt should make rule on this within six months.

Chief Justice has not delivered justice on #TripleTalaq. It delayed it for many years and now ruling comes as - govt bring rule in this regard in six months.
Govt run by Members of parliament are tied by many things which will act as good and bad catalyst. Opposition roles came into effect in this important issue. Religion and caste politics will make this job very tough for govt.
I say, justice delayed is justice denied. Here it has been denied clearly. SC judges have shown incompetence and their style of hanging victims between dates is clear. Change is required in justice system. Indian justice system should learn from EU and American courts.
Yes, I wanted clear verdict from Court and not this 50-50 verdict.

3)

When news came that by Majority, Supreme Court declared Triple Talaq invalid and asked govt to frame law within six months.

#tripleTalaq is on hold for six months from Court. By majority (3/5), triple Talaq is illegal. Govt asked to frame law in six months.
But I am unhappy with court's verdict. Case was pending from many years. Yet it is not over. Shame on our justice system.

Fixed Basic Income to all Citizens - Iran result is out

Iran has implemented Basic income for all its citizens in 2011. Result is out from that.
In general, it is assumed that fixed basic income to all without any work will make people lazy.
India is also considering about fixed basic income.

In report, to everyone's surprise, it is not evident that people stopped working. Even time spent has increased. Means people worked for more hour.

They did find people in their twenties tended to work a bit less. But "this is not surprising since the attachment of Iranian youth to the labor market is weak," they wrote, and many young people may have used the money to enroll in higher education they otherwise couldn't afford.
Seeing the result in Iran, we are now happy that Indian government can think of implementing basic income for all its citizen in India. High percentage of its population are below poverty line. Our nation's health will improve drastically after that. Health not just physical and mental but also spiritual wellbeing can improve after that. Education can improve.

More on Iran's basic income report.

Food Security Bill - Good or Bad for India ?

Food Security Bill was passed by Parliament yesterday. Food Security Bill provides 5 kg of Cereals to each person covering 67% of India's population. Cereals can be Rice, Wheat, bajara, and jowar. It can be any of these. Rate at which this will be provided is Rs 3 for Rice, Rs 2 for Wheat, Rs 1 for bajara and jowar.

Central Govt will be burdened by Rs 1.3 Lakh Crore. (100 Lakh = 1 Crore. 10 Lakhs = 1 Million.) Management of food grain (procurement, distribution and arrangement of food grains at this level) will be another kind of work.

The food security bill does not look bad in itself. India is still poor and to make better India, we need healthier children. Disparity among families are still high. Wealth distribution is not equal nor it is any convincing for large population of India. It means, whatever we have done all along after independence is not enough. Govt plans to cover 67% of people under food security. It means 67% of people are at such state that they cannot feed themselves even at minimum level. In this case, and after seeing ourselves after long journey after independence, we know that we cannot do much better in recent years as well (Corruption, policy makers ineffectiveness, policy paralysis etc will always haunts us). Directly covering those from the bottom of the poorer make some promise about the development. At least they can ensure some energy for themselves and feel secured. Security will bread confidence in state and they will be in better position to plan their future. Healthier people will be less prone to terrorism and violence against society. They will become more tough to lure by anti social elements.

But then why people are opposing Food Security Bill? I oppose such move as these kind moves makes selection of Govt difficult on the basis of resource management, leadership, policy making, foreign policy and others. It even guard against high level of corruption. Ask why? Majority of votes will comes just for direct benefits to poor people and illiterates. They cannot think about corruption in coal mines allocation, bandwidth allocation (2G scam) etc. The burden will be larger with time as it will be almost impossible to increase the rate at which govt gives cereals due to impact on election but cereals price will rise. It means burden will rise. It became very easy to keep majority poorer and distribute few Roti(bread) to them from tax payers money. Majority votes make winning possible. This can lead India to darkness!

Hope for better Society in India. Hope better politicians got selected that lead to better and powerful India that can stand against outside forces.

The economic strangulation of Bihar

You can read here how Bihar is denied even its rightful share of central resources. Even in agriculture which is still happening in Bihar, NABARD is investing minimal compared to other states. You see lots of central govt. institution is outside Bihar. What those central govt institution is doing there. Developing light combat aircraft in 25 years and then also somehow it can fly. This is not just an enough example.
  • As opposed to an All-India per capita developmental expenditure (from 2000 to 2002) of Rs 6748.50, Bihar's is less than half at Rs 3,206.00.
  • But Bihar is being systematically denied, let alone the additional assistance its economic and social condition deserves, but also what is its rightful due. From the pitiful per capita investment in Bihar, it is obvious that the Central Government has been systematically starving Bihar of funds.
  • That politics has a lot to do with neglect is seen from the fact that while AP received Rs 3,507.60 crore (1998 to 2000) as "additional Central assistance for externally-aided projects in State Plans," Bihar received just Rs 306.90 crore.Even in terms of grants from the Central Government (2000 to 2002), Bihar fares poorly. It received Rs 4,047.30 crore while AP topped the list with Rs 9,790.00 crore. Bihar has also been neglected as far as net loans from the Centre are concerned. It received just Rs 2,849.60 as against Rs 6,902.20 received by AP from 2000-02.
  • Similarly, Bihar received a pittance from the financial institutions, a mere Rs 551.60 per capita, as opposed to the national average of Rs 4,828.80 per capita. This could presumably be explained away by the fact that Bihar now witnesses hardly any industrial activity. But no excuses can be made for the low investment by NABARD.

On a cumulative per capita basis (2000 to 2002) Bihar received just Rs 119.00 from NABARD as against Rs 164.80 by AP and Rs 306.30 by Punjab. It can be nobody's argument that there is no farming in Bihar.

Lawyers are Behaving like a Unruly Group

Lawyers are behaving like a goon. They enjoy being near to law and knowledge of its code. They use lawyer logo on vehicle to tell the people that he is lawyer and enjoy the protection for law. It is difficult to fight with lawyers in court of law by a common man. So, no one raise voices against them.

Recently, two cases of very serious concern has happened in Bangalore. Not long ago similar event of Lawyer's unruly behaviors happened in Chennai. In January this year itself, lawyer created problem on Bangalore road and jammed it for 7 hours.

Today's Lawyers unruly behaviors started after Reddy accused in mining charges come to court for hearing. It is possible that it is planned for some political reason. But somewhere they know that they can use lawyers for their cause. and for this Lawyers fraternity is responsible. Lawyers thrown chair, stones and anything come into their hand on journalists, police and even students. According to them, journalists present their misbehaved with lawyers and that triggered the violence.

Don't Forget How you Supported Anna and his Dedicated Team

Now, Lokpal bill is going to pass in parliament and it will become a law, I request to all people who has supported Anna and his dedicated and intelligent team that do not forgot your good work and carry over wherever you go and whatever you do. This bill will enable few people to watch people in government and in judiciary but they can also become corrupt over time if you do not show anti-corrupt attitude. All the work will go waste and all money that is going to be spend on watch dog for anti-corruption will continue to go waste.

Our leaders are corrupt and dirty because we are like that in lesser extent. To handle people like us they need to be like that. Team Anna cannot say this otherwise you may not have supported them. So, they just pointed on few 'looking factual' thing. Ramdev baba just pointed on money stashed away in foreign bank. But the real point is corruption. Corruption will reduce and efficiency of government will increase only if we as common public carry it over. Government is dependent of bureaucrats. Then few people who work at high level of government offices and judiciary cannot dare to do at such extent. They are taking bribe in crores or lakhs of crores.

The burden lies to good people to unite and support other good people for good society. Only good people of our society can support good thing in society and they need to raise voice in common public for anything bad happening.

Yesterday, I came to know that Arvind Kejriwal has worked for activating RTI (Right To Information) at grassroot level. He is doing great work from long time in this regard. We will remember him for bringing this kind of most basic and important things. Now he has supported Anna and his team for bringing Jan Lokpal Bill.

Background of Jan Lokpal Bill
The word Lokpal was coined in 1963 by L.M.Singhvi, a Member of Parliament during a debate in Parliament about grievance redressal mechanisms. His son Dr. Abhishek Singhvi is now the head of the Parliamentary Standing Committee reviewing the bill. The prefix Jan (translation: citizens) was added to signify the fact that these improvements include input provided by "ordinary citizens" through an activist-driven, non-governmental public consultation.

The Lokpal bill was first introduced by Shanti Bhushan in 1968 and passed the 4th Lok Sabha (Lower house) in 1969. But before it could be passed by Rajya Sabha (upper house of the Parliament of India), Lok Sabha was dissolved and the bill lapsed. The Subsequent versions were re-introduced in 1971, 1977, 1985, 1989, 1996, 1998, 2001, 2005 and in 2008, but none of them passed. The bill is inspired of setting up an independent commission like Independent Commission Against Corruption (Hong Kong) (ICAC).

Digital Timer at Traffic Signal

I see digital timer at traffic signal is very important in saving fuel. The traffic signal where digital timer is present, help people to know how long they need to wait and according to that people switch off his vehicle. Those without self start also switch off his vehicle at traffic signal where digital timer is provided. They can try starting their vehicle 5-10 seconds before the time ends. Those halted first at traffic signal can think of how long they need to wait at traffic signal, if they are passing by that way regularly. They can guess how long is the signal timing at particular signal but those who came latter cannot determine how long they need to wait, therefore they do not switch-off their motorcycle, car, etc. So, I request to the management to make digital timer available at every traffic signal to help us and government to save valuable fuel. It is directly related to saving currency and reducing money spent in importing fuel.

Good and Smart Work by Indian Police

Generally Indian police work under corruption and then they does not apply their mind. Corruption is everywhere and police department is no exception. We flay harshly to Indian Police and its service for all those reason. Many times they work intelligently as well but we think those are exceptions and we do not praise for those actions. It is our duty to give enough praise to support then when they work like a gentleman, when they work smart.

Here is a case where Indian Police has worked in very smart way. It is a case of rape. Rapist raped foreign girls and taken valuable items from them. The case is related to place Anekal, near Bangalore. Two German women gang raped by seven people. Police rounded up 100 youths from Anekal and nearby area and paraded for identification by victims. But victims could not identify any of them. So, it was a blind case without any clues.

Police thought to solve this case on their own and laid out a strategy for this. Some policemen posed as a photographers and went to Anekel for free training. Many Villagers came for free photography training. Among them where accused also. Many came with their own camera for training and accused came with stolen camera. Police could find victims photos on them as well. Police arrested four of them at the spot. Is this not the good strategy by police. Is this not a smart move by police! Good show by police, right! Spread the word!

More on the case.

Advantages and Disadvantages of working for a small company/firm

There are certain advantages and disadvantages in working for a small IT company/firm. I have worked in many companies and saw how things roll out there in small companies. Here I am talking in Indian context.

Advantages:
  • Getting attention is easy. If you are highly productive at work then your talent can be easily recognized.
  • Small number of people work in small organization making it easy to know the whole organization easily. You can understand what is happening there and can easily aware of the full business potential of the organization. You will come to know about different department working condition as well. You can get in touch with people in different professions as well.
  • Small organization can bear to have a specialized worker for different different technologies. So you will do the work for a set of technologies. If you think you are a PHP programmer or Server side programmer then you may find yourself working on PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML and JavaScript. PHP and MySQL is server side work but HTML, CSS and JavaScript is client side work. In the process you are aware of whole software and its working. In big organization PHP people will do PHP work whereas GUI people will do JavaScript, HTML and CSS work. So, for even small change in CSS, you are dependent on someone else because you never get the chance to work on CSS etc in big organization. This is the biggest advantage of working in small organization when you are new to any profession.
  • Riding the ladder to higher post can be faster. In small organization challenge can be less in professional expertize. So, you can show yourself easily and owner can easily recognize you and your talent and reward you easily.
  • Flexibility in rules and regulations. In smaller organizations with small number of people rules can be bent to suit majority of people as majority is also small in number and understand the need and desire of flexibility of group.
Disadvantages:
  • Getting attention is easy so there is a chance of getting attention in wrong way. Jealous people or political group can find you easily if you are knowledgeable in your work and have potential for success there.
  • Experienced people can find learning new things difficult. In small organization where budget is small, where company is not advanced enough to show its worth to bigger and high risk taker client, in that place challenging work can be minimum for experienced worker. In India where small startup generally do small small work from western countries this is really a truth. At developed places, many small startups are startup which is started up by few very talented group of individuals who want to make their great idea a success. So, there you have better chance to get a technically sound and challenging job to do but not in India.
  • In small organization where number of people working is small in number you may find few people has taken the management for granted. They are the most trusted in the eye of owner group with their political or manipulative clout. In this situation you can either their friend or enemy. If you want to be their friend then do as they wish (wrong or right) otherwise you are the enemy for them. Here thinking I falls in Non aligned group (Non Aligned Movement by India) rarely work.
  • In group of small number of people, your chance of getting like minded people is less then in big companies. It may happen you are working in a small company in north India and all are north Indian from different states whereas you are alone a south Indian. But in large company, it is rare. In MNC, the chance is that you will find different different cultural groups. Now, you will say that in tech companies we need to adjust with different kind of group but can anyone deny that majority at a place can decide many things which does not come in the context of company rules. Therefore if you ask - where to find Idli-Dosha then people may laugh.
  • In smaller firm, learning from other people can be difficult. It depend on you. If you are experienced and smarter than other people there then you may not find a challenge in your working environment. Little bit of challenge in working environment is desired for our career.
  • Small firm can be lead by inexperienced or idiot people who started business for making money. Big firm can also be started by the same kind of people but big firm leader learnt in the path of growth from small firm to larger firm and now he is experienced. In very big firm you are rarely in contact of owner group so who are meeting with you are experienced people who are hired at good salary. Big firm has already shown their talent and work standard therefore you may find difference there compared to smaller organization. Small firms for survival can do various trick which you may not find ideal in good light. It is not that big firms are always clean in every business move.
Finally, what I suggest is with less than 2-3 years of experience it can be good working for small organization but not after that. As soon as you got around 3 years of experience, just move to bigger, better established organization in India. But don't compromise with working environment and ethical standard you want to follow.

Support Akshaya Patra Foundation by donating and blogging about it

For every valid blog post, Akshaya Patra will be able to feed 50 children. How this scheme of blogging and supporting 50 children is working is unknown to me but I thought to write a blog post. You can also write a blog post and even donate to Akshaya Patra foundation by following a link at the bottom.

Akshaya Patra foundation is feeding children in line of midday meal before midday meal come into existence. Supreme court has mandated in Nov 28, 2001 for midday meal for all government and govt supported schools. Ministry of Human Resource has extended its support in 2003 after Supreme court has passed its order in 2001. By that time Akshaya Patra was feeding 23,000 children.

Now, with Govt of India support, support from donation from individuals and agencies, Akshaya Patra is feeding 1.2 million children everyday.

    Support Akshaya Patra by donation!

Now, I came to know that he is planning to open school for underprivileged, where poor children from 3-4 standard can live with him and study. Super 30 students also live with them and get free guidance, food and shelter. Only providing these three necessities is a very very big sacrifice for an IITian and intelligent person like Mr. Anand Kumar. He could help student pass the IIT exam.

    Professional are Blackmailing Goverment

Professionals are doctors and blackmailing government and doing disservice to the society. Doctors are going to strike very easily and too often.

They are not considering the social implication. Doctors do private practice and earn good amount of money.

When economy was in bad shape then govt taken side of Pilots/ Air hostess. That saved lots of jobs. That time news came as many has taken loan and they cannot pay if their jobs will go. Pilots earns between Rs. 100000 to Rs. 200000 per month.

Doctors and Pilots get a high salary and they can think of the society.
