I see even after my enemy tried so hard to depress me and got success too but I never felt that strong problem of depression even when I had very painful days and time. It took many years of my life without detected. Even after detection they are able to do so.
I see possibly my mind and body was very strong to cope with that. She is possibly not that strong. Added possibly because I don't know her full story. My enemy has poison for many kinds of illness which act as a very slow poison. Stomach upset, piles, depression, strong allergy, typhoid or typhoid like infection, liver and kidney problem are very "common" kind of chemicals my enemy has. Yes, it is very common for them as they can easily use on you. They have people. You can understand what those paid pimps will be doing with others who do not know if this is possible And if this is happening with them. Creating accident is another solution they have! Mixing has happened at common public places as well - road side tea shops, normal restaurants and other places. Even if someone buy packaged water from nearby place then that guys could be purchased to mix in that.


I think she do not do Yoga. She has not mentioned this. Read her story in her own words. Instagram account is either deleted or she made it private ... Not accessible now.

I suggest do Yoga, Pranayama and Dhyan. In case of chemical attack, you may fail to do so as it is very very hard to fight chemical attack. You are forced to go through that problems. But whenever you are little better, do whatever portion of trio (Yoga, Dhyana, and pranayama) you can do. See Sun in the morning. Feel the air. Listen music.. ...

Anxiety and Depression are not normal. We are not made for it. Check your lifestyle and check if you are falling sick freqently! if you accept it as the part of human life then you cannot detect if that is wrong style of life or your enemy is causing this.

I see people has accepted this menace as part of human life and this makes detecting problem very very tough. It took me years to know the real problem my enemy was causing. I was also taken that as part of Software Engineers' life. I thought my body is weak and may not be able to face outside food, environment etc. Your enemy can be intelligent and they can have paid pimps. They are professionals. They know how to teach you so that you think on those line.
Precaution and knowlede is the best defense. Ignorance is not a bliss. If you don't know bad things in life then it is not that those things won't hit you.

Should Govt direct Banks to give us RuPay Debit Cards instead of Visa/MasterCard?

RuPay is our desi debit card whereas Visa and MasterCard are foreign. We can save transaction charge too. RuPay is cheaper and Indian. Means transaction charge deducted through that will be used here. So, do you think, Govt should issue directive to Bank to use RuPay debit card instead of Visa/MasterCard for customers!


Lower transaction charge can help in more digital transaction and that means closer to Digital India.

Institution can balance the imbalance comes due to democracy to some extent. In institution, people are selected based on merit and not by crowd psychology. People selected in institution can support merit because they came here based on merit. Meritorious can work in the environment where merit is recognized.

Leather Industry may face trouble in coming days

Leather industry may face trouble due to various ban across country against cow slaughter. Maharashtra first and recent central govt rule against cow slaughter could affect leather industry badly.

Maharashtra bans beef, 5 years jail, Rs 10,000 fine for possession or sale

The slaughter of cows was previously prohibited in the state under the Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act of 1976. However, the passage of the new Act will ban the slaughter of bulls as well as bullocks, which was previously allowed based on a fit-for-slaughter certificate.

Recently central govt issued a notification for saving cows. I don't want to go into details of that as they are all complex rules which should not be for easier implementation in society.

Stock market investors should keep an eye on artificial industry stocks/synthetic leather stocks. Ex. Mayur Uniquoters and Jasch Ind.

Young PM or CM is not just enough!

Here is a strong proof that shows it is not enough to choose CM and PM or any other post that need leaders based on age, caste etc.

Akhilesh Yadav is a young CM and when he sworn as UP CM then UP got lots of media attention. People showed hope in them not only inside but also outside of state. But result is before all of us.

• To Gain Experience in politics and show us their work.
• To accept common people verdict which AAP claims to represent: BJP is lagging by just 2 seats and Congress is routed in Delhi. It means people's mandate is with BJP and AAP. Mandate is with Aam Aadmi Party as well, as in just one year AAP got so many seats. 
• It is a social change and AAP party should accept it and support it. It should be ready to go with any - Congress, BJP or any other in the circumstances like this, where votes are very polarized toward certain party or parties. Currently votes are for AAP and BJP. In society, untouchability should not be practiced and in similar way AAP should not practice it and work toward change. 
•  To Show Political Maturity: 
• How they are going to tackle corruption: What Arvind Kejriwal is going to do when his own party member face any charge of corruption or complete mismanagement, etc. Common people may be dreaming of everything superb but practaclly it is not possible that whoever Arvind would select will be supper good. So, we need proof of his handling of state affair. 
• What innovation he is going to apply in policy making? He know well why people selected him. This is the main reason educated people given votes to him. People voted him to bring fresh air to politics. People want to change the system and AAP supremo also claim to do this. Therefore, when he will be in power then we will see what actually he delivers. 
• How he is going to handle POWER. Ya, once in power for sometime how he is going to handle everything and how he makes others party members follow him. 
• Management of AAP party: Management of his own party will be tremendeous task and he cannot deny that. Once in power, how is arrange everything so that everyone is in control. He need to get a kind of Board Members to check everything. He cannot do everything a party need to do. So, how he is going to manage everything? How he arranges people? How he identify people to represent common man? We remember, JP movement could not deliver due to many of the above reasons.

It all can gives People of India  a chance to understand - What AAP is and Why should people vote for Aam Aadmi Party in Lok Sabha Election 2014?

Food Security Bill - Good or Bad for India ?

Food Security Bill was passed by Parliament yesterday. Food Security Bill provides 5 kg of Cereals to each person covering 67% of India's population. Cereals can be Rice, Wheat, bajara, and jowar. It can be any of these. Rate at which this will be provided is Rs 3 for Rice, Rs 2 for Wheat, Rs 1 for bajara and jowar.

Central Govt will be burdened by Rs 1.3 Lakh Crore. (100 Lakh = 1 Crore. 10 Lakhs = 1 Million.) Management of food grain (procurement, distribution and arrangement of food grains at this level) will be another kind of work.

The food security bill does not look bad in itself. India is still poor and to make better India, we need healthier children. Disparity among families are still high. Wealth distribution is not equal nor it is any convincing for large population of India. It means, whatever we have done all along after independence is not enough. Govt plans to cover 67% of people under food security. It means 67% of people are at such state that they cannot feed themselves even at minimum level. In this case, and after seeing ourselves after long journey after independence, we know that we cannot do much better in recent years as well (Corruption, policy makers ineffectiveness, policy paralysis etc will always haunts us). Directly covering those from the bottom of the poorer make some promise about the development. At least they can ensure some energy for themselves and feel secured. Security will bread confidence in state and they will be in better position to plan their future. Healthier people will be less prone to terrorism and violence against society. They will become more tough to lure by anti social elements.

But then why people are opposing Food Security Bill? I oppose such move as these kind moves makes selection of Govt difficult on the basis of resource management, leadership, policy making, foreign policy and others. It even guard against high level of corruption. Ask why? Majority of votes will comes just for direct benefits to poor people and illiterates. They cannot think about corruption in coal mines allocation, bandwidth allocation (2G scam) etc. The burden will be larger with time as it will be almost impossible to increase the rate at which govt gives cereals due to impact on election but cereals price will rise. It means burden will rise. It became very easy to keep majority poorer and distribute few Roti(bread) to them from tax payers money. Majority votes make winning possible. This can lead India to darkness!

Hope for better Society in India. Hope better politicians got selected that lead to better and powerful India that can stand against outside forces.

A village in India plants 10 mango tree when a girl child is born as rituals or say customary in that village. This provides money for education, and upbringing of girl. Due to this no dowry death and any female infanticide reported from that village.

The village is located in Bihar and its name is "Dharhara". It is age old practice carried out from 300 years.

How Should You Praise Your Children?

This article may be useful for those parents who are raising their children. Pampering your children is not bad in childhood but how you praise can define many things for children.

Mindset can be Fixed or Growth. Fixed mindset believe that their abilities are fixed whereas Grwoth  mindset people think that abilities can be developed.

People can also learn these self-theories from the kind of praise they receive (Mueller & Dweck, 1998). Ironically, when students are praised for their intelligence, they move toward a fixed theory. When students are praised for their effort or strategies (their process), they instead take on a more malleable theory— they are eager to learn and highly resilient in the face of difficulty.
Thus self-theories play an important (and causal role) in challenge seeking, self-regulation, and resilience, and changing self-theories appears to result in important real-world changes in how people function.

Growth mindset people are more resilient. They are better in coming out of difficult condition whereas Fixed mindset people feel less confident when face challenge.
