I am in Bangalore after working as Web Developer in Mumbai and Pune for 3 yrs. Climate is very good here. It is a balanced city for development and crowd. It is really very good city for IT people. Mumbai and Pune are also very good. But in Mumbai finding accommodation is very difficult job. It is too costly. City is very busy. But local people are good and friendly.
