Indian selectors finally rested Virender Sehwag from ODI also. Dhoni was sent to 7th place in World Cup. Dhoni played well earlier to world cup at both place, as a batsman and wicketkeeper. Virender Sehwag was given opener role in World Cup in spite of showing regular bad performance.
